How do I pay?
You pay in cash when your order arrives. There is nothing to pay online and no card needed.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1 to 3 working days in Grand Tunis and 2 to 5 working days in other governorates. We confirm the timing with you when we call to confirm your order.
Do you deliver everywhere in Tunisia?
Yes, we deliver to every governorate in Tunisia.
How do I choose my size?
Open "Size guide" next to the sizes on any product page and compare the measurements with your own. If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger one for a looser, more modest fit.
Can you make a piece in my own size?
Yes! Send us your measurements in a message on Instagram @leen___brand and we will tell you what we can do. Custom pieces take a few extra days and can't be exchanged.
Can I exchange a piece?
Yes, within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. See our Returns & exchanges page for the details.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
We contact you by phone or WhatsApp after you order to check your size, color and address. Your order ships once it's confirmed.
Are your pieces made in Tunisia?
Yes, Leen Active pieces are designed with care in Tunisia.
